Exciting Junior Mining Companies for the New Year

IntroductionOver the past several articles we’ve discussed some basic premises of investing and how to profit in a complex geopolitical environment. Learning to think for ourselves becomes an important lesson although in order to arrive at certain investment decisions we need to filter a great amount of information. The 2007 Gift to the Gold Community

Introduction

In the first part of this trilogy, I reinforced the concept that “nothing occurs in a vacuum”. It was presented by design in those terms, because too often we as investors, analysts, or simply citizens are myopic in our vision of controversial issues. Most complex financial, political, geopolitical and social issues are interconnected. However, we usually see only what we want to see and believe what we choose to believe. It is truly a natural human phenomenon not to connect the dots.

Old Dogs CAN Learn New Tricks!

Happy New Year Everyone:First things first, so I’ll wish you all the very best of 2007 and I sincerely hope we’ll make it a great year.

Now, to begin, this piece is going to be the first part in a trilogy. This first section is going cover a good deal of ground and we may bounce around a bit. Think of us as setting the table for 2007.I honestly didn’t know whether to title this piece Old Dogs Can Learn New Tricks or Nothing Occurs in a Vacuum; but we chose the former because it is a New Year.
