Mission Statement

Every commercial venture should have a business plan and a web site is no different. After all, people go to websites to buy or sell products and services. In our line of work, people come to our website to acquire information and knowledge and to seek investing ideas. We are happy to be of service but will constantly reinforce the concept that we must all be responsible for our own decisions and choices.

To put it as simply as possible, the mission statement of seacoast-consulting is to distribute accurate information about gold, commodities, and the junior mining industry, and this of course, would include the mention of specific junior mining companies. Early and often, I ask that you refer to our disclaimers. We want to help you to help yourselves.

Our mission statement is simply to assist you in utilizing your own common sense by offering insights into the junior mining industry, the gold and silver markets, quality junior mining companies, and insights into other commodities. Think of us as a place for ideas. I inserted common sense in the logo because if people really begin to use their common sense they’ll be way ahead in life and in investing.

We will be focusing on gold, silver, precious metals, and several other commodities. However, we will also be focusing on offering you the “real deal” on specific mining companies as acquired from a myriad of informational sources. Most often, we will be conversing with the CEOs and top management of all the companies which we might mention on the site.

One thing we must do in our own lives is to create our own mission statement; our own business plan for our lives and it is never too late to begin. I am fond of stating that all things are interconnected and I will stick to that line of thinking.

A mission statement should deal with the past, the present, and the future.

  • The past helps us to understand how we got here but we certainly don’t want to live in the past—we simply want to learn from it.
  • The present might just be the most important component of our lives because we act and react in the present. We need to live in the present and appreciate the moment; otherwise we’ll be constantly gazing off into the future seeking some ethereal concept of happiness, often based in finances and usually out of balance with the other parts of our lives.
  • The future is where we want to go but we shouldn’t dwell in the future because to do so could mean that we’re missing out on the most important part of our lives which is the now or the present.
  • So, to summarize, we should endeavor to create a script for our lives which helps us to get to where we want to go by learning from our past while living in the present and trying to enjoy life.

Since all things are interconnected, and they truly are, we will use the common sense that God gave us to move forward in these most difficult of times. I write this in the autumn of 2007 and I personally believe that America is going to be facing extraordinarily difficult periods in the months and years ahead.

The mission statement of Seacoast Consulting is to assist us all to move forward in life and in investing, utilizing common sense and accepting the assistance of a great many people of intelligence and integrity who are excellent at what they do. Sometimes, that just might be you if you choose to contribute with your comments and ideas. And while we will be focusing on the precious metals and the junior mining sector, all commodities will come under consideration. Actually, all things creative will be on the table for to move ahead in life and in finances, we need to be creative.

This is a cooperative effort, a joint exercise between us and you, and we expect to learn as much from you as you do from us.

Finally, I want to add that we’ve been carefully observing the unfolding of the political situation of these United States, and we want to share our observations with you, and you with us. That is why “the now” is so important. Seacoast-Consulting is about making money via the junior mining industry, but in order to do that effectively over time, it is imperative that we recognize the environment in which we are endeavoring to create “supply, or to put it in every day language to increase our financial prosperity. Ladies and Gentlemen “it” is all interconnected, individually and collectively, financially and politically, locally and internationally, and especially within our own cognitive imaginations.

We look forward to working with you.

Best regards,
D. Stewart Armstrong
